The wine is bright and vibrant in the glass with a lovely green hue, while the nose is lifted with aromas of fresh grapes and passion fruit. In the mouth the wine is the wine is fresh and vibrant with tropical notes and balancing acidity. A wine of universal appeal, the retained carbon dioxide gives a mild frizzante effect resulting in a lively and fresh wine. This wine is made from Muscat of Alexandria grapes grown in the Murray Valley and Sauvignon Blanc from Tasmania and New Zealand. The grapes were harvested from mid-February to mid-March 2016 at baumés ranging from 10.8 to 12.5º.
